When I worked as a reporter I was investigating a corruption case that involved major politicians in my community. It was not easy to inform about that case because of the pressures by the politicians and their friends in the business world. I had very good sources in the judicial system and among the lawyers and district attorneys, but I needed more. I knew my suspects had bank accounts in Switzerland where they were hiding the money obtained irregularly. They had deny repeatedly the existence of those accounts. I only had to confirm my funded suspicions. Luckily, I found a source very close to a Swiss Judge who was in charge of the case there and It was a major breakthrough in my investigation and in my career.
